What is the status of your order?

The faster we can catch your order, the lower the expense to both of us.

 1. Order was just placed within the last few hours and I have only received the first confirmation email from The Flooring Connection .com or from Pay pal.
    

If your order can be stopped before it has been processed and sent to our supplier,
there are NO Cancellation or Restocking Charges and all freight charges are also refunded.

 2. Order has been confirmed and is being processed.  
 (orders are processed by the end of the business day)

If your order can be stopped after being ordered from our supplier to be bulk shipped to us, but before it has been boxed by us for reshipment to you, there are savings. We may charge a 20% Cancellation/Restocking Charge on the product portion of your invoice if our supplier charges us, and refund the freight charged to you in full.

 3. The order has been confirmed, processed and packed in our transship warehouse.
 

If your order can be stopped after it has been boxed for you but before it has been shipped or loaded on an outbound trailer, we do charge a 20% Cancellation/Restocking Charge plus packaging of your invoice and refund the freight charged to you in full.
