Air Hose Kit (50231)
Provides an excellent alternative to much bulkier rubber and plastic hoses. Lightweight and tough, This polyurethane hose is ideal for outdoor contractor use or indoor industrial use. Retains its flexibility even in cold environments. Reinforced construction eliminates the possibility of separation due to expansion and contraction during pulsating operations common with nail guns. The PNI hose Kit comes with reusable strain relief and quick-disconnect fittings as well as fittings necessary to connect to your Portamatic and to your air compressor. Air Dryer Kit (50232)
These disposable in-line desiccant air dryers collect the smallest moisture mists and filter out large particulates to provide at least some protection from moisture and particulates. Beads change color from blue to pink to indicate absorbing capacity blue = dry, pink = wet. Polyurethane pig tail acts as a shock absorber and extends the life of the desiccant dryer. Tugging on the hose where there is a rigid attachment of the inline dryer directly to the compressor can cause fracture of the polycarbonate inlet. By providing a flexible pig tail the possibility of fracture due to tugging is virtually eliminated.
